We are experienced boot fitters and have made significant investment in training and stock to bring you the best rental boot service available. We stock a wide range of rental boots so whatever your requirements, wide or narrow feet, narrow or wide heal, bunions, narrow or wide calves, restricted or hyper flexible ankle joints. The most important part of a boot is a decent footbed, this is the interface between your foot and the boot. When we take delivery of our Premium Range rental boots each season the first thing we do is remove and throw out the standard rental footbed supplied with the boot.

We replace it with a Superfeet footbed. This represents a significant investment for us in addition to the cost of the boot, around 20% more. In Morzine we are the only rental supplier to include these high quality Superfeet footbeds. You will benefit from increased comfort, balance and performance. You will also feel less tired. Why is this important?

The footbed is arguably the most important part of the boot. Most boots are supplied with a flimsy footbed or totally flat piece of foam which provides no corrective function or support.

The footbed is the interface between your foot and the boot. Most people have some degree of foot instability. If your foot is unstable and you do not have a suitable footbed your foot will not be functioning properly once weighted. You will probably also choose a boot that is too big for you as an unstable foot will usually have a larger footprint than a stabilised foot and as ski boots have no give in the shell the correct size will probably feel too small.

A footbed that helps correct the instability will allow the foot to work more dynamically and allow you to choose the correct size boot. Performance, balance and comfort, will be significantly improved. You will also be ale to ski harder for longer.

Why Superfeet?

Most rental outlets just use the standard rental footbeds that come with the boots but these will do nothing to stabilise your foot.

There is a large choice of trim to fit footbeds, we have personally tested many different types in our own boots and general footwear. So far nothing has come close to the Superfeet footbeds. We have found that most only support the foot and can restrict the dynamic performance. Superfeet provide correction of instability in the heal area and allow the foot to work dynamically.
