Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Our cancellation terms are calculated from your first day on snow.

More than 14 days before your first day on snow — full refund, less a €20 administration fee.

Between 14 days and 48 hours before your first day on snow — 50% refund.

Less than 48 hours before, or no-show — no refund.

Injury and illness. If you are unable to ski because of injury or illness, the terms above apply. We strongly recommend that all clients hold their own travel insurance, which will normally cover cancellation for medical reasons — please check your policy before you travel.

If we are unable to provide your equipment. If for any reason on our part we cannot provide the equipment you have booked — including in the event of resort or lift closure — you will receive a full refund.

How to cancel. Contact us by email at morzine@allmountainrental.com or on WhatsApp at +33 6 81 17 71 22, quoting your booking reference. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
